Corrugated Fastenings – Commonly used specialised fastenings, they are designed for use with corrugated fasteners and are generally available in lengths ranging from 9mm to 15mm. They are generally used in roof trusses, joist fastening and timber framing applications.
Flexi Tab Fastenings – When paired with a flexi tab tool, these fastenings can be used in framing applications, such as for photos, pictures and mirrors.
Hog Rings – Used with hog ring pliers, these fastenings are used in fencing, automotive and furniture applications, where two materials need to be fastened together. They are commonly C-shaped, or D-shaped.
Mini Corrugated Fastenings – A mini version of standard corrugated fastenings, they are designed for use with mini corrugated fasteners. Their intended use is in roof trusses and joist fastening applications.
Polymer Nails – Plastic second fix nails, they are intended for use in applications where regular second fix nails may cause damage to the material they are being fired into. They reduce the odds of splitting and damaging the intended target material. 15 gauge polymer nails and 18 gauge polymer nails are common variations.
Polymer Staples – Plastic staples, their intended use is in applications where regular staples may be damaging to materials that require stapling together. Due to their plastic design, the chances of splitting and damaging materials are reduced.
Underpins – A niche type of fastening, picture framing underpins have a very specific use, meaning they are not commonly used. However, when working in picture framing applications, they are an ideal option.
